But – Unlike fossil fuel resources which hopefully we are running out of, the resources in these pages are filled with a great deal of information and avenues towards giving and receiving help.  And as giving help is what we are all about, we can’t ask for more than that.  Well yes we can, because receiving help is just as important as giving help.  There is an old saying in the military, “The wise general takes care of his army.  You can afford to lose a battle, but if you lose your army, you’ve lost the war.” In this field, WE are our own army.  We must take care of ourselves if we are to be able to help others.
